To help you determine the correct size of your watch, we need the following:

Measure the Case Diameter:

• Place a ruler or caliper horizontally across the watch case (excluding the crown).
• The size (e.g., D38, D42) refers to the diameter in millimeters.

To replace the strap of a watch from the D-series, the case needs to be opened. We recommend having this done by a certified jeweler or watchmaker. They can not only transfer the clasp but also ensure that the watch’s water resistance is maintained.

We offer a 2-year (24-month) manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that were present at the time of purchase.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• The battery’s lifespan

• Normal wear and aging (e.g. scratched glass, discoloration or changes to non-metal straps such as leather, plastic, or textile)

• Damage caused by abnormal or improper use, lack of care, negligence, or accidents (e.g. impacts, dents, shattered or broken glass)

You can have your watch repaired by your local jeweler or watchmaker. we work in close collaboration with FixLogic.
Via their website, you can submit your watch for repair and send it in. After the repair or replacement, they will return the watch to you.

For all LEFF amsterdam watches, we work in close collaboration with FixLogic. Via this link, you can submit your watch for a strap or battery replacement. Once the repair is completed, the watch will be returned to you.
